Best of Teachers Mac was created both to be a resource for teachers and an introduction to people who may not be familiar with Teachers Mac or SchoolHouse Mac. It contains a collection of lesson plans, projects, ideas, HyperCard and Mac helps, and other material we hope will be useful to people who use Macs and are involved with K-12 education. All of these articles are reprints from the last year and a half’s Teachers Mac.
Please read the next chapter for more information about Teachers Mac, SchoolHouse Mac and our resources.
Most of our publications have used HyperCard or DocMaker as a presentation vehicle. This is my first effort with Rustle Laidman’s Museum and I recommend it. Cutting and pasting documents and graphics I had created with other programs was very easy. In addition, users can cut and paste documents (contents of a window) into their own word processor.
Museum seems to be a good vehicle for slide show presentations as well as text and graphic collections. Mr. Laidman has a shareware version of Museum on AOL...give it a try.
